* Half-day programs are from 9:00am to 12:00pm for Primary children

** Extended Day programs are from 9:00am to 3:00pm for Primary children over the age of four. Enrollment in Extended Day requires prior discussion with the child's teacher.

Dawn-to-Dusk

Tuition is $1,055 per month due the first day of each month or as 10 post-dated checks, automatic withdrawals, or recurring credit card charge. The Dawn-to-Dusk contract is based on a ten month tuition schedule from September 1st, through June 1st and no discounts apply. Tuition for Summer Dawn-to-Dusk is separate from the 10-month (180 day) school year.

Plans A, B, and C offer a tuition discount for your first child.

Plan C discount applies by submitting 10 post-dated checks, scheduling 10 recurring credit card charges, or 10 automatic withdrawals from a bank account or company payroll.

Plan D requires 10 monthly payments that are due the 1st of each month, September through June.

First student pricing applies to the eldest sibling; younger siblings receive a 15% (approximate) discount (from Plan D) regardless of payment plan.

Note (1): These payment schedules are for a 180-day school year over 10 months and 10 equal payments. Tuition for all summer programs is separate from this 180-day school year.

Note (2): A non-refundable registration fee of $200 is due upon submission of your Application for Admission

Annual Giving

Annual giving is necessary to maintain the Northwest Montessori's high educational standards. 100% participation is expected. We suggest each family contribute the equivalent of one month's tuition. This donation is tax deductible and payment arrangements can be made.

Fees

• A materials and activity fee of $300 for each elementary student is due September 1st.
• Additional materials and activity fees may be necessary for extended outings and the annual camp-out
• A non-refundable, one-time registration fee of $200 for new children is due upon submission of an enrollment application.
• Re-enrollment deposit of $200 is due March 15th for all returning families. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the first tuition payment of the upcoming school year.
• $50 late fee will be charged for payments two or more weeks late
• $25 late fee will be charged for any child picked up after their scheduled departure time
• $25 fee will be charged for any returned check

Withdrawals

A one-month written notice is required before withdrawing your child and all tuition contract obligations must be satisfied. Please see our tuition contract for your payment obligation schedule.
